All shipments on our shop depart from the capital of Italy, Rome.

Our packages are shipped with DHL Express, a service that guarantees shipping times of 1-2 days in Italy with a tracking number always available to the customer and also includes insurance in case the package is lost or damaged. Shipping is free for orders over 75 euros, but may vary depending on the weight of the items.
Shipping outside Italy and within the European Union have shipping times of 2-3 days from the moment the package is handed over to the courier. With the DHL Express International service the customer will receive updates on the status of his order at any time. The shipping cost may vary both from the country where the package will be sent and from its weight.
For shipments outside the European Union, shipping times are 3-5 days from the delivery of the package to the DHL courier. The shipment will have a tracking number always available for the customer which will be sent via email. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and weight. Any customs costs will be entirely borne by the customer.
